The truth of the matter is, if you need more energy, the solution will not be in the bottom of an urban youth style branded can of drink, packed with caffeine, sugar and additives, colours and flavourings.

Assess your lifestyle, early nights, a better diet with plenty of healthy fats, fruit and veg and lots of water…this should fix low energy issues and a multitude of other ailments.

Dehydration can also give you mixed signals and make you believe that your hungry when in actual fact you just need to refuel with fluids. this isn’t only beneficial for your waistline but also for your overall mood as dehydration can cause depressive states and anxiety.
